fix(sway): Remove WLR_ env vars from environment dropin

This is effective too late. Moved the env vars to my greeter setup.

feat(sway/wayland): Set some wlroots env vars
...
Using the vulkan renderer explicitly seems to get rid of some XWayland
windows starting up blacked out.
Disabling the direct scanout to work around some issues i'm running into
with Proton apps.
